My agent Chris was able to rectify ongoing WiFi and integration problems with my extensive Sonos system. In addition, he was able to troubleshoot my theatre room surround sound system which was inoperable for many months.

I'm a little late in providing this review but the Geek Squad guys who came out to troubleshoot my system were absolutely fabulous! Their names were Aaron and Lukas with Aaron being the lead guy. Reviewed the previous hookup and set up my universal remote in minutes. Programmed it to accommodate my needs and tested it himself and had me do so as well. They inspire confidence at every turn. Very impressive!

The agents helped me dismantle a non functioning sound system and insured my tv was still working. They also helped me with installing a Raku on another TV. It was an overwhelming job for me.

I was hoping to get my previous LG smart tv to work.. It didn't work but they helped me set up my new LG smart tv.. There was a setting on the picture that I wasn't even aware of.. I would prefer if the tv turned on to the channel that I left off rather than a menu screen.

Two agents came to check on the Nordic Track bike. I told them that I have been in contact with Nordic Track for the past few weeks and Nordic Track suggested me to install a new resistance box, then a new console and again a new main wire. Everything was done but the problem was not fixed. The agents felt that there was no further diagnosis they could do. They left without touching the bike.

Mike and Connor were amazing. They took very good care of my father and dealt with him having to learn several new remotes and I could not recommend them more! You should be proud to have these guys working for you. I would hire them in a minute.

I called in for the service and received two different times from two different service persons. I didn't know if one would cancel the other or what. The service was completed satisfactorily, but, coordination from a central dispatch would have been appreciated.
