    I bought new DVD player and Firestick for my older 50" HDTV and soundbar. The squad solved several problems like solution for a lost remote and offered solutions that would require TV upgrade. They set me up for rescheduling if I choose to do some of the recommendations. Very understanding and helpful guys

    After an initial conversation with a tech in Panama City who claimed he could not help me as his computer was "acting up" -- why is he employed and on the time clock if he cannot assist this customer??? -- I called again and was referred a tech (also in Panama City) who did an EXCELLENT job in his explaining and online fixing my computer problem. Keep #2, fire #1.

    The Tech, Brian, was great! Punctual, professional, and knowledgeable (5-stars). My frustration was with the follow-up appointment scheduling. I made an appointment via Geek Squad call center. The installation appointment was set for 8/31/2022; "AM". Confirmation email and phone call on 8/30 from Corina, the assigned Tech. On morning of appointment, I received an email from Best Buy Total Tech advising a different Tech (Garrett) would be arriving at 1:10 PM (approximately). At 2:30 PM Garrett called to advise me a scheduling error had been made and there would be no Tech coming to do the install. I was directed to "Reschedule" with Total Tech. The earliest available appointment, I was told, was 9/6/2022. Errors happen, so I am guardedly hopeful someone from Total Tech will show up on September 6 ...

    The agent went over our new system provided by Altafiber; he explained how to make it work and suggested that our non-smart TV and universal remote should be replaced afte 10+ years. He was very helpful.

    Geek Squad helped me to fully enjoy TV in my home.

    When my large TV died, I went to Best Buy for help. A Geek Squad tech came to my home and helped me address my TV needs. As a result I purchased one Google TV and a Roku TV. Then, Geek squad techs came to my home and installed my TVs. Their efforts have enabled me to enjoy very pleasant TVs in the main rooms of home.

    I was given efficient, understandable and clearly professional help by the Geek Squad. They helped me understand the problems I was having with my cable and Alexa connected T.V. use and reception....and then carefully explained what to do in a patient and understandable way. I was very grateful.

    Gary and Craig have been to my home many times. They are so knowledgeable, really professional, and all around great guys who really know the Best Buy product line. They will go the extra steps to be sure everything is up and running well before they leave. I have purchased items I never even knew about based upon their recommendations, and I am always more than satisfied with the new products they tell me about. I cannot say enough great things about both Gary and Craig. Best Buy is so fortunate to have both these gentlemen representing your company.

    Best Buy saved Christmas for my granddaughter. I ordered the doll from another site and after a week they informed me they were out of stock. I looked online and saw it at Best Buy and they delivered it the next day. The best.

    My Smart TV is smarter than I am. I sometimes think that I have to be a GEEK to operate it. Thanks to the GEEK squad for their service in helping me understand the analmolies of switching from cable to Smart TV.

    The technician highly skillful with great professional spirit!
