As during his first visit, he was very professional, courteous and incredibly helpful as he answered all of my questions and provided his input on best ways to manage all of my devices to achieve the best quality possible. What an asset Chip is to your company!

Sony ST5000 Soundbar

The subwoofer keeps shorting out. The last one was sent in for repairs. I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for such an expensive item.

Multi talented service

On this occasion we had an in-home service which went very well, and we were able to get our tv and stereo system wiring figured out!

They took care of the problem

The tech came out and wrote up an order for a new remote. It was sent shortly thereafter and the problem was solved.
