    As total tech member I needed someone to check out why the sound from my new Hisense U8g to my new visio Atmos sound bar dropped out about once an hour. The problem got resolved following installing the latest tv update and switching the HDMI input from PCM (original Best Buy set up choice) to eArc, which did not originally work correctly.

    Honestly I don’t know what I would do without the Geek Squad! It seems computers are getting so complex, especially with cyber attacks! With GS help my computer software was updated and I have assurance of protection . Thank You GS!

    the agent that came out to help us with our surround sound issue was excellent! It was one of the best services calls we have ever had with anything!! He went beyond and above to help us out and got the issue resolved- EXCELLENT service THANK YOU

    The two Geek Squad technicians knew right away what was causing our new television to show a very loud, static, snowy screen that lasted about 3-5 seconds when we turned the set on. It was, by my understanding, a delay in the cable box connecting with the faster OLED components of the television. They reprogrammed our cable remote and we now make sure the cable box is on before turning on the television. It hasn't happened since.

    I trust the Best Buy's service teams and have been a long-time user of the service plans. I liked the plan the was before this one better, as it saved the me more money. This new plan saves BB more money!

    Our remote stopped charging while the tv was not quite a year old and purchased for us as a Christmas gift last year. The tech came out and wrote up an order for a new remote. It was sent shortly thereafter and the problem was solved.

    Agent did not return messages sent prior to visit to ensure I had "ancillary" equipment that might be needed for successful installation of Best Buy thin indoor antenna. He could not get antenna to pick up more than 1 or 2 local srations, though others purchasers of same product reported success. Wound up returning antenna, the "wrong" additional equipment, and cancelling Geek Squad service plan. Was very disappointed with this service (though help with computer and cell phone was top-notch).

    Broken phone after a week = restocking fee

    On the phone three times all times got disconnected, when providing my order information. Returned a defective device and was charged a restocking fee although the phone should not be returned to stock. I would understand the 45$ fee if I got the phone and decided I didn’t like it but it worked perfectly. This was not the case I’m disgusted by this fee given the phone was not working properly after only a week of owning. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy after reading the fine print of this restocking fee even given a broken product. That I now read about online, do not purchase a Motorola Edge especially from Best Buy.

    Best Buy saved Christmas for my granddaughter. I ordered the doll from another site and after a week they informed me they were out of stock. I looked online and saw it at Best Buy and they delivered it the next day. The best.
