Geeks calibrated my tv, then came back for adjustments. Rob was great, professional and very knowledgeable.

The agent arrived on time and had several thoughts on why the tv and sound bar were not always communicating. Since this is intermittent and did not occur when he was here, the problem could not be solved.

Geek Squad member was polite and very efficient. Would recommend them to anyone and I do.

Needed help setting up tv’s in new apartment. Tech was very nice and patient. She ensured the address was correct so she didn’t go to old house (address still on account) instead of new apartment. So much appreciated. She was efficient and very helpful!!

Having just bought a new Samsung 65 class QN85B which is also amazing, but my WII is old and the connections are different. Brian hooked it up with ease in no time! So knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. When you call the Geek squad, ask for Brian!!!

Geek Squad tech was accommodating and knowledgeable. It is an old TV so it presented a unique problem. The TV is not a smart TV and is hooked up to a firestick. He got it to work but downloading software updates in the future could be a problem.

Helped me with my PC. Got the disc drive to show videos.
