Had an in-home appointment with Geek Squad for the second time and was pleased both times. We used the same agent since he gave us a card with his contact info and we were able to schedule directly with him. He's always very helpful and friendly. We also get major discounts or free service due to being a Total Tech member. We're happy with the service.

This person was very nice the last time I was there they were not very nice. Neither was the manager I can’t remember her name, but this guy was very nice. He went to help me as much as he could. (Northridge store )

Needed help setting up tv’s in new apartment. Tech was very nice and patient. She ensured the address was correct so she didn’t go to old house (address still on account) instead of new apartment. So much appreciated. She was efficient and very helpful!!

The agents analyzed my TV for lack of picture and sound.

Had to have the Geek Squad come out to connect my sound system, tv and DVD. They did a good job and everything is working.

The solution to my difficulty was simple, to the Geek Squader who visited me, but not for me. Took him less than 5 minutes to solve a problem I had been angsting over for several days. What can I say? Nice job!

I must say the Geek Service was great the process of paying is what I currently have a problem with, The first time I paid for the Geek service the receipt was sent to old email, where I could not retrieve, so I paid twice, I need my refund

The Sonos equipment and service is excellent. Knowledgeable and very punctual.

To fix my remote control device - Logitech - remote would not change canels, volumn, acivate steaming. Your tech showed up and with in 15 min had it working agian.

“Somehow,” these Geek Squad members were able to take the nest of what seemed like 60 cords and reduce it to the few necessary ones. Installing the tv (after dealing with ALL those cords!) seemed pretty simple, at least to my uneducated eyes. Always happy with G. S. members service!

No matter what the issue or problem I have they're always helpful and getting me the answer I need to fix my issue.

After the 3rd attempt (not their fault, they were following Martin Logan troubleshooting advice), Geek Squad was able to fix my speakers. I couldnt be happier with the results.

When I called, over the computer, they help change my settings on the computer, and they had to come to help me sort out my settings for my DVR, but it was all resolved, and it was not my receiver that I bought

Geek Squad tech was accommodating and knowledgeable. It is an old TV so it presented a unique problem. The TV is not a smart TV and is hooked up to a firestick. He got it to work but downloading software updates in the future could be a problem.

It was my first time trying this technical assistance. It was clear that my home theatre was a challenge, but they technicians had access to experts over the phone and were able to fix my issue within 2 hours. I had my home theatre working properly again! Thanks! T-

Provided excellent information and solved my immediaye problem quickly and efficiently. Also gave me relevant information about BestBuy TV's that I will now purchase later this month.
