    As total tech member I needed someone to check out why the sound from my new Hisense U8g to my new visio Atmos sound bar dropped out about once an hour. The problem got resolved following installing the latest tv update and switching the HDMI input from PCM (original Best Buy set up choice) to eArc, which did not originally work correctly.

    The guys who showed up were great. Showed up at the time they said they would be at my home. Performed the tasks at hand quickly & gave me great advice on my TV. There guys should be prompted & given a raise!!!

    Geek Squad Got My Printer working on Home Network

    The Geek Squad service is a valuable option to have. I was having a problem setting up a new printer for my home network. I tried but I could not get my home network to recognize the new printer. After trying everything else, I finally called the Geek Squad and set up an appointment. The person came out, let me know what the problem was. Now my printer is working fine on my home network.

    It took multiple technicians but our Roku streambar is now set up & working properly. And an issue with our tv was identified & resolved. Everyone was very helpful & professional.

    Had an in-home appointment with Geek Squad for the second time and was pleased both times. We used the same agent since he gave us a card with his contact info and we were able to schedule directly with him. He's always very helpful and friendly. We also get major discounts or free service due to being a Total Tech member. We're happy with the service.

    We had problems with tv reception in two areas. The team was polite, professional and made excellent suggestions for improving function. I was in the Park Meadows store and the Geek Squad agent Konstantin set up the appointment was also very professional and knowledgeable.

    My NEW Sony 7.1 HT-ST9 soundbar only lasted 1 day. None of the different features would work and no volume or bass would come out of the 10" sub-woofer. Called Geek Squad and they came out the following week to try and fix the problem, only to find out it was defective and wouldn't respond to the TV or remote commands. They tried several times to reset and re-program it without any success. Needless to say that I exchanged it for a JBL soundbar. I really appreciate the time and concern that the Geek Squad made.

    I often have an issue with getting my tv to work. It has a gray staticky screen a lot. It says that there is not something corrected right. We have the total tech plan and would like someone to come out and help us with our new TV.

    The rep, Lee, was very nice and knowledgeable. And tried to several remote-access remedies for our problem. However, none worked and best she could do was schedule another Tech Support appointment THREE WEEKS AWAY (after waiting 3 weeks for the first appointment). There should be faster appointments when the first visit does not fix a problem! Not acceptable.

    The Geek Squad came and mounted my tv's and connected all of my devices to my surround system. They did an amazing job. The gentlemen that came out were the friendlies guys that I have ever dealt with. You want go wrong by using the Geek Squad at all.

    Geek Squad checked/tuned both TVs, helped install PBS passport app, and provided input on our poor wifi service. Since the visit, we understand a new wifi tower is planned fir installation in our neighborhood - keeping fingers crossed! Squad's concern and interest in fixing our issues was comforting!!!

    Jake gave us a tutorial on how to set up U Tube TV on all of our televisions and other devices. He was very personable and patient in explaining the process and took the time to answer all our questions. He was a pleasure to work with.
