Could not do what was wanted and advertised. Could not power my laptop and barely charged my cell phone. Product was a waste!

When I plugged it in I had a little trouble but it worked fine for about a month and I took it out of the cigarette adapter and it broke

Bought this so my kids could use threir laptops on long car rides to play games. Works Great! Doesn't seem to overheat at all (a weakness in a lot of these types of units), but then I keep it turned up on its side for venting through the case. Really glad I chose this unit. Just wish it was a little less expensive.

Finally, a power plug for my computer on the road. No need to worry about multi-adapters here. But boy, does it get hot to the touch! Having a USB port is also convenient, since most devices plug into USBs anyway.

I have used power inverters in the past and I hate how loud and bulky most are. I wanted a smaller device to help charge low wattage devices. I have had bad experience with CyberPower UPS as well, but this item works very well. I have only really being using the USB port but that has been working as expected. I have charged my GPS and a PSP through the USB port. I have a portable DVD player, tablet, and 2 cells that also can be charged using the USB port our AC outlet. This inverter does not get very loud and I have yet to feel it get extremely hot like my other inverters in the past. I wish it had been a tad bit cheaper, or at least include 2 USB ports for the price I paid, but overall I am happy with this purchase.

300 miles into a road trip, I discovered that the inverter I had (different brand) no longer worked. Best Buy was the closest chain store I could find so I bought one there, so if there was a problem, I could return it when I got home. That said, I've seen this same product at other stores for much less and wouldn't have bought at Best Buy if I wouldn't have been on a road trip and needed the inverter. These seem to fail on a regular basis so I'm not sure how this will perform over the long term. The larger bulkier inverters with heat sink cases are better (in my opinion) but just too big to use as a portable device.

Rather large to be hanging out of a port and disappointed that there is only one outlet, Nice to have an extra USB port.

This product does what it's supposed to do. It worked great for us. I used it to plug in my laptop and cell phone in the car, and had no problems at all. I thought it got a little warm too quickly, but that's not an issue if you know to look for it. I think it was a great value for what we paid for. I would definitely recommend. Save your money and buy this one.

This is a great product to have with you, when some of your electronic equipment does not have a long battery life. Very portable, for carrying in a purse, or to keep in the glove box of your vehicle.

Need to be able to run my computer, iPod, or iPad in my car using the standard 117v AC plug. This inverter does exactly that. Give you a max 150w of AC power to run my laptop, while at the same time it has a USB port to charge my iOS device.

This is a great tool for those who travel. Have used to recharge or power devices from laptops to heating pads....

Used for 4 days straight to keep my computer running continuously for 12 hour days in my car.

Used it to go to beach. Was able to have laptop on for 5 hours. Then I bought another for the kids to watch their portable dvd player.

Works well for such a small device. Bought it based on reviews here. It was an emergency replacement for a Tripp Lite PV150 that just died halfway during our family vacation/road trip. We used it to power a laptop with 14" screen that was being used by back seat passengers to watch DVD's as we traveled long stretches of freeway. Didn't get hot like the Tripp Lite, which is surprising as it doesn't have an internal fan or large heat sinks that I can see. Happy with our purchase.

I've bought a few different brands and types before. Some are pretty small (and appear cheap) and others are real big. This one seems to be a good size and made pretty well. It has worked great for me so far. I like the fact that it has a swivel that helps plugging it in in some sockets. Others are one solid piece and don't swivel.

This is the ideal product to use with laptops and GPS units. Even your electric razer will work just fine. DO NOT try to use a power drill with it. That is not its intended use.

If you want quiet, reliable and functional, this is it. It costs a few dollars more then other units, but it is completely silent and works great. I believe it is worth it.

Exactly what I needed. Plugged it into the car socket and it works as advertised.
