The house outlet was a bit hard to connect to and it sparked upon connection. It did work well but drains your car battery.

Not bad.... Not great.

Seems to work intermittently when it feels like it wants to. Build quality feels like I'm going to break it because it's a very tight fit into a normal cigarette litter adapter.

I plugged the device in, but it was impossible to plug the computer into the outlet because it was completely closed off. I thought I was doing something wrong, but my daughter, who we were visiting, had a similar, older device and it was easy to plug into hers. She looked at the one I bought and agreed that it was defective. She gave me hers since she didn't need it any more, and I threw the other one into the trash in disgust.

Case cracked easily

After that, the case cracked near the hinge and continued to get worse. It ended up separating completely and the connection became inconsistent I trashed it after a month.

Great little powerhouse charger

This thing didn’t even miss a beat. I will say with all of that going in, it needed to be in a well ventilated space so it wouldn’t overheat.

I never heard it make a noise and it never felt hot, even after 14 hours of driving in one day with 2 phones plugged into it for navigation and audibooks. I'm glad I made the purchase in time for the trip!

I thought I would use a regular car charger but sound is ignoring so I will just use in an emergency situation if needed.

Noisy sound is due to the cooling fan inside the device, which is annoying. I was planning to use it on a six hour drive but the noise was to much. I'm planning to take it back.
