    First of all, this thing is big and bulky and difficult to utilize in the space allotted for my outlets. After some pushing, twisting and switching it to differently outlets, it finally worked and charged my laptop.

    I bought this to power 2 laptops while on a road trip. It worked OK to power the laptops when fully charged, but couldn't handle the load to charge the batteries as well as power the laptops. At $50, it's overpriced for the size. 400W units are usually less expensive. I'll end up returning this and exchanging for a higher power unit. It got the job done. I did like the hook to hang from the seat map pocket, as well as the USB charging ports. Those are great features.
