We bought this to pump up our air mattress while camping. But when we plugged the pump in it seemed like there wasn't enough power to run the it. Potentially just our bad on not checking what Watts or Amps or whatever would be needed for the pump...

While a bit on the expensive side, this is a great product that does what it advertised. I especially like the long cord so that it does not have to be right next to the car outlet / DC connector.

I am happy with the 2 USB ports and 2 wall outlets.

Purchased to keep my laptop charged in between home visits as I perform in home health assessments on patients. The CyberPower lasted a total of 4 hours as I only used it intermittently during a 6 hour work day. After 2 days of using the CyberPower, it stopped charging my laptop in my vehicle. I tried using it in another vehicle and no charging power. I soon returned it to Best Buy. So disappointed

I purchased this with the intention of using it while camping to fill an air mattress and was disappointed to find it wasn’t compatible.

Never thought of need for having option to plug in electrical plug into cigarette lighter for use into car until I was using camera at niece's basketball game and then headed to birthday party in another town and had previously camera on while stored so battery was low when I used it.

All the great reviews and potential this cyberpower idea was and had, now im looking at mine after a road trip recently and had to spend all the while wondering why i purchased this item without leaving the store and get it tested. Needed this for the outlet and it the plug would not go into this device. Appears to have some aluminum blocking it. Nothing went right if something needed to be done then i wouldn't know because no instructions or details on the box. To make matters worse I eventually gave tech support a call and how this story of customer service continues to be bad. I was hopeful but ill just return.

Worked well for 10 hr trip. Only used once but would definitely recommend.

It overheated within 30 minutes so don’t waste your money on this.

I love this product. It is very functional and has 4 options to plug in my devices. Very easy to use and seems to be high quality. I can plug 2 things into this device instead of plugging into the walls, and plug in 2 additional devices using USB. Very versatile little contraption.

I purchased this item to charge my phone and laptop while on the road. It charges great but only lasted a couple days until it started blowing my fuses. It had a shortage somewhere within it causing blown fuses

desperately needed to replace a car adapter while on a road trip. this item is not only bulky, but the feedback noise against this item was so unbearable we gave up. P

My wife needs a nebulizer. We use it in the car when we travel. This item overheated after 6 to 7 minutes consistently.

I used this on my trip to Ohio and back from Florida. I was able to run my laptop, iPad and phone charger. It worked great and the noise was not bad. Couldn’t hear it most of the time and only a tad bit a few other times. I was really happy I bought it.

Charges fast and works well with a Samsung 3.3' USB Type A-to-USB Type C Device Cable. It's nice that it can hang or lay flat.

I wouldn't recommend this at all! Not only was it nearly impossible to get a 2-prong plug into it (WHY is it so tight to plug a plug into it?!!), but in addition, after getting horrible results in my vehicle, I tried it in 2 others with the same output. Barely any!! Came inside and plugged my device into an outlet, and BOOM, my device worked fine! Definitely taking it back and getting something different.. probably not from BB.

These are great for road trips. They are convenient for charging any device

Bought this to replace an older inverter that broke. Its shape is a bit unique, but the corded connection is perfect for where I usually use it in the back of my Xterra. Has been working great so far!
