The first time I used it, I apparently burned out the unit. It wasn't until I did a little research, that I found out that the spare battery drew more current then this device could handle. My bad… Best Buy accepted my "mea culpa" and refunded my money.

This item was recommended by the Best Buy employees. I told them what type of tablet I was using it on, and what I needed it to do. I haven't had the chance to return it but I will and won't be purchasing another one.
