It did not charge the laptop at all. The phone was able to charge, but not the laptop. I would not have purchased knowing that the return window was only 2 weeks as I used it for vacation and missed my window for returning a product that does not work as advertised.

Well as with most trips when you stop for gas you clean up the trash laying around and one of the kids threw out the package so Best Buy wouldn’t take it back. So now I have a $40 paperweight

I thought it was because my car wasn't running, but it still doesn't work with the engine going. The only way to get it to keep charging is to unplug it and plug it back in. So frustrating.
