Posted .Hello Tami. The connected load might have been pulling to much power. If the inverter overheats, allow inverter to cool. Ensure that there is adequate ventilation around the unit and load does not exceed the unit's Continuous Power rating. Thank you for your review!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bought this so I could charge my ROG Zephyrus in my car since I am always on the go and don’t know when I will be able to charge my computer, however I did not realize that the amount of power required to charge the computer especially when it’s on was not what this particular product was designed for. There are specific items that do this and I learned it the hard way, however as far as running other things because I sometimes hook up our lighting rig in my car consisting of black lights and a strobe light and an LED light bar, it has done great for that. Solid product
