I don't know if all of them just naturally loud, but this one is very loud and can be annoying at times.

I used my work Dell laptop and Samsung flex book laptop with this charger while mobile and it was difficult to plug my laptop adapter into the chargers plug but I was able to accomplish doing it the first few times. I then tried another time to connect the laptop charger adapter to the car charger itself and it wouldn't go into the adapter even with a forceful push. It seems that the prongs from the laptop's adapter would not fit comfortably inside the charger due to the charger socket ports being defected. The product began to feel unsafe as well.
