A MUST HAVE in any car!!

It worked GREAT!! I was able to charge it up in around the same time it took to charge it in the house!! I was very impressed by this. It also allowed me to charge my cell phone MUCH FASTER then through my normal charger, for that reason alone this is a great buy. But, if you're a person that is on the go with lots of things to charge this is a must buy! You'll won't want to be without one again. I'll always have one in my car. Note: The only issue I had with mine is that one of the plug cover openings wouldn't open, but there's another one so I was ok. Their design on the plug covers is kind of odd and in the way, but once you have them open it's ok.

It may function better in a newer car, but my experience was it barely ran a small cpap machine with the car motor running all night. It got the job done, but there was at least one time each night when there wasn't enough power to keep the cpap working and it had to reset, stopping air flow for a few seconds and waking me up. It was definitely better than nothing, though. Without it I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. If I hadn't been desperate, I would have maybe spent more time searching for something better. Like I said, my car battery may have been to blame as well.

Great gadget for long road trip

It did exactly as it was supposed to and very quiet. We had an inverter several years ago that was very loud so I was pleasantly surprised when this was super quiet! Great product...highly recommend!!
