Exactly its a charger,be and it charges things. It can charge a phone, a laptop, and other things from your car.

This item is big and bulky but ultimately did the job.

the only thing that would make it better is uf it had a longer cord!

It is our second one of these after the first one lasted only a few months. It seems to pump out plenty of power when it is working - there weren't a lot of options in store other than this to meet our needs so you do what you can with what you have, right?

I travel a lot and I use it to keep my laptop computer and phone charged.

It worked better than I expected. I'm able to connected multiple devices to this at the same time. Which helps me when I'm with my daughter in the car. She can charge up her game (Nintendo 2ds) and I can charge up my phone at the same time. What tips the cake is that this charges pretty quickly too. I like it.
