    Wonderful product. We did have issues with it, unfortunately, after 5-6 uses when we would plug it in it would blow fuses in our vehicle. BUT we contacted Best Buy who advised us to contact the manufacturer and within ~1.5 weeks, we had a new adapter on our doorstep and it has since worked perfectly. I think the reason we had the problem was because I left it plugged up all the time, so now I just unplug it when it is not in use. Only regret is I wish we would've gotten it sooner. Absolutely love it!

    Just was on the phone for a hour trying to follow up, and who ever is on call today in the Atlantic store, is not doing a good job at all, because if I have to wait one hour and only get pass off over and over and still in get to talk to someone yet, I will have to give bestbuy a 00000 Zeros for customer help
