I use this for charging phones, morphine’s, airpods, and more….. use 2 USB and two plugs all at once.

Works - But just barely

On a whim, i moved it to another Cigarette Lighter (DC Power) port and it worked fine. May be my car was this issue, but it did not instill me with confidence.
