I never was contacted back by the Woodbridge, VA store to get the actual 12v adapter cord that’s suppose to plug into the car lighter. I have yet to be able use this newest model of the product so I can’t give a full review howevef I have had several over the years from this brand and they never last to the warranty due to issues with the power cord shorting and draining the battery of your vehicle…! I purchased this one because it was all the Best Buy location had and employees reassured me everything was in the package and that the item was OPENED BY THEM IN-House and EVERYTHING was placed back in the package prior to resealing it aka taping it up. Fast forward to me opening up the package because I now need it and THERE’s NO CORD, tuhhhh !

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.But it's flimsy, the internal fan didn't kick on until it was too hot, and the fan had gradually spun up and was grinding (so it was most likely stuck until it was too hot). Then it blew my cigarette lighters fuse, but even after replacing the fuse, my cigarette lighter ports don't work and this unit no longer works. All within 20-30 minutes of plugging in. Do not recommend.
