Great, rugged, durable product

I didn’t hesitate to buy another one because I personally knew the quality and longevity of this product. Naturally this was the only option and now I have one that stays packed with my travel bag and the other stays in my vehicle.

Doesn’t charge laptop

Reason being is that I purchased for laptop charging in my car and in fact it does not complete this task. It sends my laptop into a never ending loop of silent, power, charging, battery low in that order. It also made my car sound like r2d2 with a whole lot of extra sounds coming through my speaker.

Portable charger

I was hoping it would allow me to plug in my laptop while sitting in the passenger seat on a road trip. The appliance did not hold enough power to keep my laptop charged. That could just mean that it really isn't intended for that type of use so it might not be a fair expectation. However, when I had spoke with a best buy representative, he gave the impression that it should work. I ended up returning it when I reached my destination due to the fact it didn't do what I was hoping.

Wont buy this brand of adapter again.

I got this item for Christmas to charge laptop while on the road..it does not work. we will not return to Bloomington until april. will I be able to return it then ?
