Both combined draw less than 15 amps. I tried just one at 7 amps and it will not run. I believe this inverter only puts out modified sine and that could be the problem

It fully charged a new battery in about 2 hours. I still had plenty of time to take pictures during the ballgame. It will also charge a computer or other devise while driving down the road. It accepts up to two plugs at once.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.would only charge mac book pro if vehicle was running, otherwise flickered on and off at mac book connector to macbook. probably needs to draw more current from alternator not just car battery. i give it fair rating because it did do the job for a while. heavy 'electronic' odor when running, had to keep windows open. when vehicle was running worked ok for a few months. eventually the metal plating or foil on the connector on the car side (middle tip) wore off and so the unit was no longer functional. needs more robust design. the cyber pro inverter units seem to be the only ones that best buy stocks. they need to up their game or choose another mfr. another cyber pro unit i had (the smaller one without the wire that plugs directly into the car lighter socket) had a similar connector breakage on the car side of things (but that was internal to the device, not the plating wearing off). going to see if office max has anything better. they claim to have a warranty but you have to mail the thing to who knows where and according to the warranty, maybe they will fix it maybe they will send you a new one maybe they will send it back to you maybe it will get lost somewhere, blah, who has time for that, next time buy a name brand. this is a short life span quickly disposable piece of electronics destined for landfill.

Ruined our power outlets in truck

One was fixed by replacing the fuse. The other one still will not work. I wouldn't recommend this product.
