However, there was one occasion in which the battery was supposedly fully charged, yet when there was a minor blackout, all devices connected turned off, then back on again. My expectations were that any device connected to the battery outlets wouldn't be affected at all with any power interruption. So far, six weeks later, no issues.

Posted .The unit is designed to switch over to battery mode if it detects a power event such as a black out. Please note that this unit has a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase.
