Didn't meet my expectations. Didn't keep office items charged during a power outage the way it advertised to. Irritating beeping sound didn't help.

Works Great at a good price. Plenty of plugs and room for adapters

I bought 2 of these around 2 years ago and they worked amazing for the California skips with PG&E always having so many blackouts. Just bought another one 27 Jun and after one power outage all four surge protected outlets stopped working. If I plug anything into the battery powered side it just beeps constantly. Will look for a new brand for my next UPS.

Great item with loads of protection for your sensitive machines.

I was surprised at the very short time it kept my router running - only about 7 minutes.

Doing what it’s designed to do. When power goes out, it instantly goes to battery power without any interruption. Using it for powering a wine cooler.

bought this in April, today its clicking nonstop and isn't powering anything. switched it out for another backups and everything is fine.

It's loud and beeps too much when it needs charged. Wish it wasn't so noisey

I haven't had a power outage since I purchased this UPS and I only keep my alarm clock and noise machine plugged in at all times. This thing randomly shut itself off and if not for my internal clock, I would've overslept and been late for work. I turned it back on, and it shut itself off again! I did a Reddit search and apparently, this is a thing with CyberPower UPS. Highly unreliable in my experience.

I picked up a few of these for my TVs and cable boxes for the occasional power outages the cable boxes take almost 10 min to boot up also picked up some for my cable modem and routers so my Battery powered security cameras won't loose internet for cloud back up incase something were to happen

I have followed the directions but the power charge doesn’t seem to stay Very confusing

This thing has done exactly what i need it to do. I live where the power drops out frequently for just a few seconds. I can now continue working without restarting my PC.

Got this on sale and I live in a place where my power goes out regularly so this has saved my new gaming pc from being abruptly shut down on at least 7 occasions already

I think this would be fine for home...but I was looking for something as a supplement battery for my laptop when out an about with my daughter and all her activies. I run my laptop dry most days at her various camps/trainings/etc and thought this would provide me another 2 hours of life...but alas...only abou 30. I returned it.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. It beeps randomly, incessantly with no info on the device. Its huge and heavy for not much capacity, certainly can't support 6 things plugged in LOL. Pathetic useless paperweight. I will be returning it

Works great for my needs as a short term power backup when we have a power failure and until my generator kicks in.

A good UPS with basic features. It does have a loud beep that cannot be turned off when there is loss of power. Otherwise perfect for small devices and a computer.
