    Like having the extra insurance of being able to get computer shut down during a power outage. Haven't had to "use" it, but nice to know its there

    I have one complaint though. The picture of the item on the website showed a USB port on one end. The item does not have a USB port.

    Once I got the battery charged the first time, it has been working perfectly. I used it to keep my cable box and DVR up and running.

    I live in Puerto Rico. Almost every month my neighborhood has a blackout. This has protected my tv and my ps4. Haven't had any issues.

    Already had a Power Outage and it worked exactly as expected. I was was able to continuously work through the 20 outage.

    This product has backed up and protected my home office without incident. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had the same device prior to buying my current device that died after only 2 years.
