Posted .Hello, in order for a UPS to function properly it will need to be plugged directly into a grounded outlet and any equipment will need to be plugged directly into the UPS with no extensions, adapters or power strips in between. Needs to be removed off the shelf

The directions are simple but the performance of this unit does not match the directions. The performance is not simple because they do not perform.Be advised I purchased two of them and they both had the same outcome.

Battery backup is not reliable

When there is a power outage/flicker, it also does not re-engage itself, seemingly, so that it will build up charge again. The manufacturer needs to rethink this product design.

Battery backup unit

Posted .Hello, A UPS battery backup is not meant for extended use. They are designed to provide enough uninterrupted power to be able to shut things down properly in an event where power is lost.

Waste of Money
