The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is nowhere on the box does it state there is no usb connection to pc. You only figure it out when you get it home and install. I like the fact that is weighs maybe half the amount of older models, yet still has full 3 year warranty. I would have paid a little more to keep the USB connection so I can utilize the cyberpower personal software.

I use this to provide power during outages. This allows me to have phone and internet access when I need it the most. My back up kept the router and modem working for a 6 hour outage. Not sure how long it would continue

You keep asking me to review this product. I will do this again. Please stop.

For the price, the UPS works great for a standard desktop computer.

A good low priced adequate product readily available at Best Buy.

It's been okay the few times my lights blinked, but after having it for a year and a half, it's time to get a new one.

I have bought 3 of these. 2 out of 3 them failed before even hitting a year. Its infuriating. I had one originally that failed to keep its bettery power and I thought that maybe it was just faulty, a couple years later I bought 2 more for both me and my wife. 1 of those 2 already failed within a year. Does not keep anything on, just instantly shuts off the moment the power goes out. No other battery back up I've had does this. Absolute waste of money, please go spend your money on some other brand.

i've had two of these since 2021, one for my PC and one for my video games. i don't get many power surges, so they're just for peace of mind. well, my power randomly went out today (2024) for like 30 seconds. the PC one shorted out entirely. won't power on, won't charge anything. the video game one still works as a power bar, but everything connected to the surge protected side cut off immediately when the power went out, so it protected nothing lol and YES they were specifically plugged into the surge protected side when this happened.

Purchased December 2020 and battery back-up no longer works. I was hoping to use this to keep my computer modem running. It kept it going for about a minute today after power was lost. The unit stays plugged in, so was fully charges. The unit is still under warranty but shipping this very heavy thing back to the manufacturer will be at my own expense and is going to cost almost half the cost of a new unit.

This lasted 3 years, and 4 months before failing. Cannot find a replacement battery to try and troubleshoot.

Works great. Our power shut off the other day and it didn’t affect the TV.

This review is directed to CyberPower, not BestBuy. Batteries for these units only last a year or two. There's no helping that with current technology. However, when the battery dies, there's no way to just replace the battery. You have to replace the chuck and replace the entire unit. Further, other than constant test, there's no way to tell that the battery is dead until it's too late.

I have 2 of these, bought at different times, don't recall if I bought them both at Best Buy, but they both started failing after 1 year. I don't buy this brand for UPS anymore, bad idea. Theyŕe a few bucks less than other brands, but I paid in the low quality. Never again.

Power went out. So did my things plugged in, though the green light on the product was on and it continued to beep like my old one to alert me I had so much time to shut down. Too late. I was already shut down.

After a couple of years the battery backup side registers less than 96 Volts when the device is unplugged (I.e. simulating a power outage). This is unacceptable! I assume you guarantee the products you sell for a malfunction or defect

It does not have a port to connect to my computer so I can monitor battery condition. Hence there is no way for the UPS to tell the computer to shut down when it's battery gets low.

It worked for 2 days then it died , i went on vacation to late to return , junk
