I've had this amazing gaming PC from Cyberpowerpc now for almost a week and love it. Its fast, clean, and powerful. Shipping was nice and quick considering I'm in NY and it's shipping from California. It is super clean looking and the case it even better then the pictures show. this should never overheat between the liquid cooling and the airflow that it has.

This computer is a beast. I can play WOW on ultra setting and still get great performance. It boots up super fast and is really quite for the power on it. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I really tried to think of anything about this computer that warrants 4 instead of 5 stars, but I couldn't do it. So, I was looking at my first gaming pc when i came across this model. It had an up to date graphics card, a 7th gen i7, 2 TB hard drive, Liquid cooled interior, everything a newbie to this would want. Even trying to build this PC part by part, I still would have spent just as much on this set-up, let alone the worry that I could irrevocably break something putting this together. It booted right up, no problem, and has not had any major problems to date. NOTE: This PC does come with a mouse and keyboard. While I'm in love with the mouse, the keyboard has some resistance to the space bar, like it's getting caught up on something and not pressing down fully. This makes it frustrating to type and/or play games that really heavily on the space bar, because you never know when it's going to catch. I don't know if this happens with every keyboard of this model, but it's definitely something I need to take apart and look into. One of my only grievances with buying this product, yet i still do adore the keyboard. NOTE2: Cyberpower PC encourages those to write reviews on their product, good or bad. In doing so and providing proof that you have, they send you a Gaming Headset for free as incentive for doing so. This is what motivated me to write this review in the first place, however, it did not in anyway affect the score that I have given this product as a whole.

I switch desktops about every 5 years and do a good amount of research before committing to the next one. I was looking for an efficient a desktop that can run any game I want. My biggest requirement was that it is quiet. This desktop met all my needs. Runs great and smooth, very quiet, and overall great purchase. Very satisfied.

I game; and, I code...so my system new system had to be able to hold up to both tasks and perform well. For my desktop tools, everything loads solidly and runs with good snap (I still haven't thrown my database tools on here...). Games blew me away...crisp motion...brilliant details and color (oooooh...and shadows...sry...couldn't do shadows on my last PC...). Simply stated...yeah...I'm digging this system.

I bought this computer to be able to play new games that my old computer couldn't handle anymore and it exceeded all my expectations. It is quiet, fast, and makes PC gaming enjoyable again. Highly recommend to any high powered gamers out there!

Purchased this computer for my gaming, enjoyed playing certain games on my xbox but missed playing PC games after my laptop broke several years ago. RUNS ARK flawlessly, would definitely recommend spending the amount of money this system costs in order to play any kind of game. PVP, COD, WOW, etc. LOVE IT! plus the liquid cool is some kind of awesome.

This PC is by far one of my favorite purchases from any company that pre-builds computers. The value in this PC is on point when you are trying to build it yourself. I got it for VR use and so far, there hasn't been a single issue with the PC it'self. However, I do have some problems with the keyboard that it comes with. The side buttons for media use don't always work. You need to press hard on them to do anything. Though, the PC runs silent, is constantly cold, runs everything I throw at it at max, boots up in ten seconds, and comes with a 800 power supply. This is an excellent purchase if you want something to last three or more years. It has plenty of room to upgrade later and the case is metal, not plastic! Which is awesome.

This computer has given me all that I asked for and more. I looked for various other sites but none of them gave me the price and value of this pc. I am using it for gaming and it is working great. Love it!!!!

I am impressed with this machine. It runs all of my games on high end specs. It is a lot quieter than I was expecting, with its three fans. The blue lights are a nice touch. The box arrived in good shape. I am very happy with this computer. I would recommend this build to anybody looking to game.

This computer is crazy! I purchased this computer to run high-end games such as Counter Strike: GO, Tomb Raider, and Team Fortress 2. Surely enough, this beast runs those smoothly! I love it. My gaming experience has been optimized. :)

Bought for gaming, GIS, and some heavy schoolwork. Runs perfectly, starts almost instantly, very low heat, runs all games at max settings @ 1080p. Couldn't be happier with this computer.

Just picked up my PC today and have set it up. Everything has been perfect with the PC except one thing. But the product booted up on first try, everything required was included, and it came in a day early. i received a MSI motherboard and GPU, HighPower PSU, and GAIL memory cards. The LED's look good, and there are 3 120mm Fans ( 2 on the radiator, 1 in front of the Drive Slots). The one problem i have had so far with this PC is it's a bit noisy so far. the Fans are pretty loud. Other than that so far so good. P.S. the mouse and keyboard that comes with this PC are actually pretty good.

This rig is mainly used for Heroes of the Storm and World of Warcraft Legion and it runs them flawlessly. My older PC broke down and I had been looking at a CyberPowerPC option. I felt being able to purchase at Best Buy was the way to go due to their reputation and availability as a storefront. The PC itself came as promised. No issues with setup and arrived on time. I was expecting to have to do a clean install of Windows 10 due to bloat ware but was surprised to find there was none! I'm so happy with this purchase and being able to run max graphics and still push 100fps. I still need to move my other 500GB SSD into this new machine but that will not be a problem as there is room for an additional drive. Just buy it, you will not regret! Happy gaming.

i love the computer. computer matches all the specs i was looking for to play game with. computer has great cooling system and graphic card. has more than 2 USB ports. all my games run smoothly. great price. highly recommended to all game players and non-game players.

Got the computer for Christmas so far I love it. got it for gaming purposes the i7 processor really gets the job done and the 1070 graphic card allows me to play any game with amazing detail gotta say a great computer for a great price. thank you cyberpowerpc.

I have had this computer for over a week and it is amazing. I runs the games I play with no problems at all. My old computer was constantly lagging and taking forever to load into the games. It runs quietly, looks totally awesome, and hasn't disappointed.

Purchased this CyberPower PC in person @BestBuy in a local city, and was told it would arrive on Dec, 6st 2016. Well, it came 4 days earlier which made me very pleased, and happy. The computer has lived up to my expectations so far and is very good. The computer itself is very quiet, and runs smoothly and fast. So far its really good! I have tested some games such as over watch and GTA5, everything runs good. I'm excited to experience the EVGA GTX 1070 that it came with, as-well as the Intel-6700K Processor!!!

I've had the PC about 2 weeks, and it is great gaming hardware for the price. The hardware is 5 star. When I removed it from the packaging, a front cosmetic cover on an unused drive bay had popped out and was rattling around in the case. It was fairly simple to remove and replace. Initially, I had no audio from the rear jack to my speakers, which I repaired by reinstalling the audio driver from the MSI Drivers and Utilities disk. After a few days of use, I found that the front headphone jack didn't work and later that the front USB ports didn't work either. I then went through CyberpowerPC Ecommerce Support (4 stars on responsiveness, 3 stars on effectiveness) via email to try to resolve the issues. They did not resolve the problems and eventually I solved them myself with the help of the included MSI motherboard user guide. The issues were poor quality assembly resulting in cabling errors. Hopefully I will not encounter any other cabling wiring errors now that I corrected the following. 1.  JUSB3:  USB 3.0 Front Panel connector was plugged in backward even though there was a keyway on the connector.  Plugged it in correctly and now have front panel USB. 2.  JAUD1:  Front Audio Connecter was improperly connected.  It was misaligned such that lower pins on the plug (1,3,5,7,9) were plugged into pins 2,4,6,blank,10 on the motherboard connector.  It was plugged in such that the lower row of pins on plug connected to top row of pins on the motherboard connector.  Corrected and all is well. 3.  JFP1:  Front Panel power connections had two errors.  The HDD LED + and - pins (1,3) were reversed and so was the Power LED + and - pins (2,4).  I used the labeling on the wires to plug the wires onto the proper pins on the motherboard per the MSI User Guide for JFP1.  Now I have a hard disk red LED that works. In summary, CyberpowerPC had an assembly problem with the cabling on this PC.  Terrific hardware in this computer and the included MSI motherboard user guide was invaluable in being able to correct the problems. 

So as a streamer and youtube video creator I needed a new PC. I looked into building a PC and then I looked into this pc. So what I did is I spoke with Cyberpower and Bestbuy and I looked into what parts they put in and came to the conclusion that building the PC and buying here was almost the same price but the benefit to me was having a professional put it together and having 1 warranty for the entire PC. If you don't know, building a PC means a warranty for each piece and they're all different. So I got the 3yr geek squad and this PC. The PC runs AMAZINGLY, I've streamed, played games on ultra graphics and edited videos. I haven't had any issues at all and the 1070 is an EVGA model. So I'm glad to see there's nothing cheap in the PC. Its all premium pieces. MSI motherboard, Sandisk SSD, Toshiba 7200 HDD, and everything else is perfect.
