These are Bluetooth- run away!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Look, just don't ever buy anything smart home that is based on Bluetooth wireless. This was a mis-step by GE's design group 5 years ago, but I guess they decided to run with it. Smh. Marketing is driving these things now. Bottom line, bluetooth is short-range control. Period. How far can you walk away from your phone with your Bluetooth headset? And you think these will work further? Nobody else in the market uses Bluetooth for this type of device. Why? Because it is so unreliable. Btw, I am an IT network and wireless engineer. Creds.

Bad experience

I bought those light as a gift for Christmas. The items were over 2 weeks late!. I contacted support for an update then i was offered a 10cent compensation for the inconvenience… I requested that my order gets canceled but they never canceled it for me. Not doing this again

Cync is garbage with Alexa

I have 4 of them and they are all trash. I had to reset multiple times and the customer service for CYNC sucks. They should call it cyncless.

No purple, have to buy extra hardware to use with

AND the light goes from pink to blue, no purple at all. Bogus. Sylvania and feit both work with Google home app just fine.

Just terrible

Using with Google home ruins product experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely DOES NOT work well with Google home. 80% of the time the app won't ever respond to Google home commands, 15% of the time it's about a minute late or only commands one light at a time. 5% it works some times

software needlessly complicated
