A: So, you replace the regular lightbulb with this one, with your lamp plugged into a regular AC outlet. You can control the lightbulbs once it’s set up in the c by GE app, Alexa, or Google home. I tried to set it up into the GE app, but my Google home kept taking it away. Go figure. Anyway no additional hardware is required.
