Great bulbs but not without issues

Only issue is that one of my bulbs started to flicker a lot and I can’t figure out how to fix it. Not all the time but it is annoying. My bulbs firmware is up to date too

If you are still having issues we recommend factory resetting the bulb using these steps: Start with the light off for at least 5 seconds. Turn on for 8 seconds. Turn off for 2 seconds. Repeat this process 5 more times, or until the light flashes. If the factory reset yields no results please contact us at 1-844-302-2943. -Cync Support Team
