    Installation of the bulbs went smoothly. Configure via the App Cync app was not successful but was able to configure via Alexa.

    After 7 months of use, two of the light bulbs no longer connect to the Cync app nor my Google Home and cannot be recognized by either even after factory resetting them. The light bulbs themselves still work like regular light bulbs, but that's not why I bought them. I want to connect them to my phone and Google home so I can control the colors but I can no longer do that. Go with Phillips instead

    They worked great at first. After about 2 weeks, it lost connection with Alexia. Bulbs can only be controlled by my phone now. Tried multiple times to get them to connect to Alexa but failed every time. I don’t recommend spending the money on these. If your going to buy any, I suggest just spending the extra money and getting the Phillips Hue bulbs with a hub.

      If your devices are not maintaining a reliable connection to Alexa, we recommend disabling the ‘Cync Skill’ and enabling it again in the Alexa app. Also ensure that your Cync devices are connected to a 2.4GHz network in the Cync app. We would be more than happy to assist you with this.     Nice, but setup was a little bit confusing and took me one hour to make a set of 4 to work. After that, it has work fine, will update later for durability

    the light works but but needs s much higher WIFI signal strength then my phone to operate, I also have a bulb from another manufacture that works better for less money.

    Good lights with many different settings. The app to set them up is a little confusing on how to set up each room but overall am happy with my purchase.

    I had bought these not remembering that I had the Philips Hue lightbulbs and though for the price I got for them ($25) it was pretty good. It did not dim as much as I would want them to dim but it was nice. I would rate it a 4 if I hadn't tried the Philips Hue Lights though. If you do not really care about how dim it can get and or the brightness of the colors and do not want an extra piece to plug in to connect everything, then this is your choice. If you do care about any of those the Philips Hue Lights is what I would recommend.

    Very pretty merchandise for a, special, price. With functional performance all that may be lacking in product exceptions are left to the computer language experts to provide more themes and larger selections, in app!

    Purchased as gift. Was told set up was easy and simple. They do wish they were a bit brighter though or responded a bit faster compared to some other brands.

    The bulbs are not discoverable with its app. I follow all the directions and it’s still not “found.” I was able to connect to my Google Home app but was not aware that in order use the lightbulbs (change color and brightness) from the Google app, the lights must be off then manually turned on. After maybe 3 months of owning the bulbs, one of them is now no longer discoverable on the Google app either. So it is stuck on the recent color and brightness it was last on. I regret not just buying bulbs with a remote.

    Love the color control and programming ease. Works well, but any power glitches will cause the lights to either go on or off - issue if needed to be on when arriving home.

    If all you want are lights that can be controlled via Google home or Alexa, these are excellent. If you want to live in the Hue ecosystem and do a few other things than you can pay 5x the price.
