Frequently Looses Connection, Disappointed

I currently have a set of Sengled Bulbs that require a hub that I've been using for years with my Google Assistant, and wanted to try out these as well. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed as these frequently loose connection and I'm unable to control them with Google Assistant. They're all updated and everything, so it seems like a hardware issue. Needless to say, I'm going to have to return these and get another set of Sengleds to pair with my hub.

Alexa support is poor

They drop connection and lag constantly. I have other smart lights of a different brand and they do not have this problem.
