    I purchased these lights for my kids for Christmas. They were super excited and they still enjoy them. My issue is you can ONLY control them through the app. I have Phillips Hue bulbs for the rest of the house and LOVE those.

    Horrible. Have wasted hours/days on these.

    Horrible, yet I'm stuck with too many to change it up now. App sucks and takes 5-10 minutes at times to load up about 80% of the time. Bought 4 to add to my pre-existing ones, could not get them all to connect at once. Decides when it's bluetooth or wifi wants to work. Factory resets involve turning the light off for 2 seconds and then on for 8 seconds 5-6 times...imagine doing this with 13 bulbs....call customer service and they're clueless.

If you are having frequent connection issues we recommend clearing the device’s app cache. If you are on Android this can be done under Settings>Apps>Cync>Storage>Clear Cache.     Tough to initiate for whatever reason. They do, however light up (mostly bc they are lightbulbs)

    I would recommend investing a little more into the Hue ecosystem. The app is hard to navigate and lights aren't always reliable.

    Kind of junk. To function at all, they need to be connected and powered continuously. This would be 1000x better if they retained the ability to tell the time and what the previous mode was when they were switched off, I'll likely be returning all 8 bulbs. Right now they can't even connect to the app to add them to the system despite complete factory resets, app log off and reinstall, fully deleting them, and trying again from the beginning. What a waste of time.

    Good but not great. Has problems connecting and staying connected to Wi-Fi. I bought eight and returned two that did not connect to my Wi-Fi. Better option available.

    Debating on whether or not to return these. I have thirteen of these in my home and am having to continually reset them or just use the lights manually. Was told to do a firmware update but it wont complete.

      Sorry to hear that your lights keep disconnecting! I know that can be a frustrating experience. These lights are intended to be controlled through the app, manually turning them off can cause them to disconnect from the app. Things such as wifi strength can affect these as well and range from your router.
