    This item was a gift for my 6 year old nephew. And he and his mother was not able to get item to work after many attempts

    Bulbs are nice. They work with google home and alexa. One bulb out of the pack did not work.

    Good alternative to Hue, but still needs work

    These bulbs look great and are a good alternative to the more expensive Philips Hue bulbs. However, they are way more difficult to set up and get running. Also, the app is very counterintuitive.

    Doesn't connect, app is terrible. Always says there is a problem connecting to wi-fi. Unfortunately had to return.

    they’re great for what they do but some of the colors could be more vibrant? i guess if that’s the correct word like some colors you can’t even tell you changed it

    50% Defect Rate

    These come in a 2 pack and both worked fine for about 2 months. One is still working fine actually. The other does not stay on, and blinks all the time and won't consistently change color and loses connection. To be fair, I have had several different brands of bluetooth lightbulbs that periodically need reconnected. This is new tech, so I guess I should have expected this. The lights are great when connected, but every once in a while, you have to go through the pain in the butt setup process again just to get a light to go on.

    Cync refuses to stay synced

    I purchased these bulbs as well as the Philips Hue bulbs to see which worked best. The GE Cync bulbs lose synchronization with my home system every other week or so. I have to disconnect the lights and reconnect them from scratch every time it does this. As of now I have had no issues with my Philips Hue bulbs. I also purchased a GE Cync light switch so we shall see if the bulbs are the issue of GE Cync as a whole.

    The light works fine and I don’t have any major gripes. But, the light could brighter. On white it’s ok but on colored light it needs to brighter.
