    These are extremely difficult to connect. One of the the bulbs had a problem pairing with my WiFi and it eventually disappeared from the Cync app. Now it needs to be reset, which has an Extremely convoluted process. I give these bulbs a big thumbs down!

    The lights work as advertised, but sometimes they stop responding so you still have to get up and turn them off manually.

    These bulbs are terrible. They disconnect from my wifi and google home all the time.

    I researched which colored bulbs to buy before I went and made a purchase. I figured a well known brand would have a simple easy set up but after month and months of trying I have never once gotten them to work. I use Amazon devices in my house and use Alexa to control them. If you do as well I would highly recommend Sengled brand colored bulbs no hub required. They were so easy to set up with Alexa and have not fail me once.

    Not extremely satisfied with these bulbs. They seem to blink if I keep them on solid white. Not really sure why.

    App sucks, I suggest buying any other brand. Connecting sucks. App has on off feature, change color and that is it. No ability to set schedules or anything that would make this useful. Don’t believe me read app reviews before buying… I wish I had. Retuning ASAP. THIS IS THE HARSHEST REVIEW IVE EVER GIVEN.

    The light bulbs work nicely once you figure out how to set them up. Unfortunately set up is not as easy as it sounds.

    These bulbs themselves work fine but they have no connectivity. GE recently updated their software and they do not work with alexa at all. They either cannot be found or disappear from the app after 5 seconds and become unresponsive. They may work with other assistants for now but I would steer clear of these.

    When they stay connected they're pretty neat to be able to change the color and brightness, turn on/off by home app or voice command. Issue is half the time they loose network connection so we just turn them on and off like a regular bulb.

    Honestly idk how they work because the installation was so complicated and that I just left them there sitting on my kitchen countertop for over a month. I am too busy to dedicate that much time to a simple smart bulb installation this should be ez to do no loop jumping step it up CGE. I should’ve gotten the sengled ones.

    I had decent hopes for these bulbs, but they're pretty bad. Connectivity and control is kinda slow and only available through the Cync app or integrations into GA or Alexa. If you use home assistant, stay away.

    The first install took a while and had a learning curve. It took two Apps (C by GE and Amazon Alexa) and multiple attempts, but I finally got it working. Then, my granddaughter turned the lamp off at the switch and I have been unable to get it re-configured, inspite of several hours walking through the steps. I can't get it to release, inspite of following the instructions explicitly.
