I bought this because where I work we also have a NEST camera. That was a snap to set up and use. But being that this was cheaper I thought it would be similar. I was wrong. It does work. I can see the video on my phone, but it was difficult to set up and has no where near the features of a NEST Camera.

I have very good speed in the internet in my house and no see continued in the phone

Initial setup was a bit shaky, but now that it is up and running it does the job.

Bought this as a nanny cam for my aging father so I can looking on him throughout the day. Camera exstreamly easy to link up to your wifi. Downloaded the app from play store, setup account, entered camera info, and it was ready to go. App allows for multiple cams. App allows for digital zoom. Night vision is as clear as daylight just looks gray. Easiest piece of technology I've ever owned. Didn't know till I got it hooked up but cam is sound capable. Microphone is exstreamly sensitive so I can pick up sounds from areas of the house I can't see. Cam is not record capable, however if it was it would be the perfect home security camera. Thanks D-Link, easy solution for my dilemma.

I was in over my head and needed help to set this up this camera. The Customer support person I spoke with (AR004648) was outstanding!! He was patient, listened well, explained everything clearly, and walked me through every step of the process. It is this kind of support that will keep me coming back to Best Buy!!!

Very easy to set up, has 480 lines of resolution so that is a definate negative, also this camera is for indoor use only.

This is a nice, basic indoor IP camera. Having said that, the picture quality for both day and night vision is pretty decent. You can use this camera in home automation apps, as well as with Blue Iris and other DVR related apps. The only thing that I do not care about for this or other IP cameras is the power cord. No point of a camera if you have to plug it in the wall, where someone (i.e. kids) can easily unplug it. I ended up using POE with this and running ethernet thru the attic to the router. I also purchased a 942L, but it is actually not as good as this one as the day vision will flip to night when there is little light. This happens in the middle of the day and sometimes when there is a light on, even when in Auto mode.

Great video and very easy to set up. Able to access from my computer or iPhone. Love it. Highly recommend this product.

Installs fairly easily. Most setup was pretty self explanatory. Only problem is with the website and being able to change motion settings for email notification. But the camera itself works great.

Got this to check on cat while on vacation. Works great. Took a little manual setup to get it to email me via gmail, but it does work. I don't need the sound detection, but I can see how it could come in handy in certain situations.

The camera was very easy to set up. Bought the camera to spy on my dogs.

it's good production with day/night mode and motion and noise sensor, it send out alerts for motion and noise, some were false as well. Camera itself makes some noise and for that also it send out alert which was little annoying. You need seperate thing to record in cloud.

Setup up was easy. Up and running in about five min. Good colors and works well for nighttime pictures. Some computer knowledge will come in handy setting up the camera. Mounts virtually anywhere,

I use this camera just to check in on my apartment when I can't be there for extended periods of time. Works great. Sometimes the sound and motion detection is a bit too sensitive, but I'd much rather have it notify me too often than not at all. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I called D-Link because I was having trouble setting up the camera with Wifi. Marvin helped out greatly! Very nice to talk to and walk-me through everything. Camera works great and as intended. I couldn't be happier! Will purchase from them again! C6796778 - Marvin AR004612

This seemed like a good product but did not work for me.

Easy to set up and use. I just wish it would rotate. Probably would be worth the extra money to buy the one that rotates

Easy to install, but you have reconfiguration frequently

for its price its great. I placed in on my porch outside and it seemed to work well. Just remember you cant pan this one. Love i can use the app on all my devices.

Bought this camera to monitor the house while we were out. The camera does what it says it does and the price was right. The setup was easy, although the initial setup requires a wired connection to the router, i had an available port so that was really not an issue. My only gripe is that firmware updates cannot be done wirelessly. You have physically plug the unit into your router to perform the upgrade. I can see for the initial setup, but after that it should be able to do this wirelessly.
