After installing it, I found it did not and that was not very useful especially when it is being used to cover a door entrance. Though to be able to check from any part of the country was really good.

You must have a password to use. My children had to set it up for me . Has to be hooked up to wireless modem other than that great for beginners

Still sends alert but no picture/video emailed even though setting specifies the same way. You get what you pay for.

Set up via app/wireless was fairly straightforward. The resolution is as expected and good for the price.

I don't have a D-Link router. That may have been the problem. I was told no so I'm not sure why it did not work for me. I returned it.

While traveling abroad in Europe we encountered some difficulty with network capability. Our solution was connecting the camera directly to the wi-fi modem via ethernet cable.
