They were very knowledgeable and walked you through the steps needed to install it an get it up and running. It works great! You do have to plug it in which somewhat limits placement but it is better than running out of battery life

I enjoy being able to check in on them during the day. The wireless hook up was a pain - it took several hours with an IT skilled person. I sent an help email to the manufacturer for help about 30 days ago. Still no answer.

Same firmware update needed. This time I used a mac to update it. Finally got it working then when I loved it to its intended location it wouldnt work.

Please note that if you set the camera up in one location and want to to move it to another location, you will need to establish a new connection between the camera and the new wireless connection. You can do this through WPS. To do so, press and hold the WPS button on the camera and then press the WPS button on your router within 60 seconds. That said, set up was a disaster with horrible directions included that were not applicable to the actual product they came with. I had to spend quite a bit of time searching the web for instructions which I finally stumbled across...not on the D-Link website.
