Not user friendly.

This was not my first time doing something like this, and consider myself quite proficient with computers. I also had a friend try as well with no luck.

Difficult to setup and drops connection often.

This camera loses its WiFi connection multiple times a day even though it is in close proximity to the router. My Nest cameras never lose their connections. Of course they quite a bit more expensive.
