I am an IT professional and after 45 minutes of still trying to get the camera to connect through my home wifi I was about to throw it out the window. Returned this product as nothing would allow it to connect to anything.

It uses an older feature to pair a device to a router without having to enter the wifi password. I could not get it to pair with my router using this option, and there was no way to manually enter the wifi password. I gave up and returned it, buying a wemo netcam instead. It works fine and was not too much more than the d-link.
