The camera is great. The DLink instruction manual is not very helpful. My set up required 2 calls to the best buy customer service and required sharing my computer with the tech. The camera works fine and I was shown how to set the camera on a schedule or constant setting. Notifications to my phone are a great benefit. My customer service person was Randy AR004611 and he provided outstanding help with the set up and explanation of the options.

i purchased three of these cameras as nanny cams to watch my kids with the nanny when i am at work(cant trust anyone these days). love them i can click on the app and watch and hear clearly what they are doing or saying anytime, anywhere. i recently had problems with connecting all the cameras because i replaced my wireless router and i called the best-buy support line to help. agent AR007214 was very helpful. he walked me through the whole process,setting up and configuring the three cameras.even when the calls dropped three times because i have such horrible phone service,he called me back and helped me finish fixing the cameras.keep it up best buy. i was very impressed.

IP camera DCS 933L is easy to configure and very easy to place due to its small size. Picture quality is excellent and sound capture is up to par. Great value for the money

This camera has a good picture and easy mounting. However, the electronic setup is not always as easy as stated. I had to update the camera x 2, I had to update the router. The range for the wireless is lacking terribly. I have wound up just installing the two I purchased into the spare ports on the wireless router. They cover the area I need really well. I would have returned them, but I got them on a remarkable sale. If at full price, I would have expected more.

The camera eventually did everything I wanted it for. Great picture both day and night and sound and other features that really become invaluable. But I needed it for more than the setup wizard led me through. So I called their tech support.
On my second call I hitched up with Christopher (Badge # AR004301). He led me through the steps that allows me to receive an email with an
attached .avi file. KaChunk!I That's exactly what I needed.
Ronell helped me on the third call. I needed to move the camera around the house and power-off the camera, Then every time it tried to connect to the network it would fail. Ronell fixed that issue.
All in all, the camera has been able to handle what I wanted it to do. But it was only with some great help! The camera itself is very good - the support for it should not have to bear the burden for the lack of out-of-the-box information or on the website.

i think this is one of the best security cameras out there i read some bad reviews about this one but is because they don't know how to set them up i called d-link customer service and agent number AR004274help me how to set it up to record videos and take pics when it detect motion and the camera send it to you're email is amazing no storage need it i really love the cameras and the peace of mind that i have now i definitely recommend it
