Super easy to set up but it can't be located more than 10 feet from router....or so signal connection. Even using dlink router. Item returned. To bad, when it did connect , clear picture, but spent way to much time trying to get it to link up. If you are looking for a Wi-Fi extender, do not spend your money on this, just get regular camera. No benefit received in the extender part, unless you live in 10 x 10 space.

I bought this camera, skeptical because it was inexpensive during black Friday for $59.. Now I am kicking my self for not purchasing two or more. This camera is awesome and so easy to install and to use.

If you're new into wi-fi viewing, this is the best beginner's price. Do not do wireless battery ones, they don't last$$, use wired power. After the first day of learn¡ng, you'll want the ones you can talk. This one is good, clear view, day or night, really strong microphone. This is not a recording system. Just great basic viewing, but you can take a screenshot photo of what you see. It was easier to set up with my Samsung phone after not too easy with the home computer first set up. Rember, router first/ethernet, then power cord. Turning on/off, refresh router helpful if you mess up, don't mess up you new account log in, write it down.

Product worked well on initial start up, but I had some problems using the mobile app. I called customer service and Badge ID# ar004277 provided great and patient customer service.

I wouldn't have been able to make this product work on my Galaxy without the excellent and patient service Briegan gave me. He was not only patient he was pleasant and certainly knows his devices.

I had trouble with the install of the camera but with the quick response from D-Link tech support I was able to get help with the setup from Randy (AR004611). Best tech support person at D-Link!
