So far, so good. Placed my order online in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon, had it up and running by dinner time. Installation wasn't as difficult as others have experienced, picture is clear for what the camera is intended to do, sound is great. Easy to install app and monitor from my phone.

I was distraught about my first experience with this camera because the salesman at Best Buy gave us the wrong information about it. He said it would do what I wanted but what he didn't say was that there was a special process you had to go through to get it set up to do more than just live video screening, which is what I wanted. For being a first time ever person looking for a security system, I had no idea about anything to do with security systems! But after talking with Franchesca, Batch ID # AR004277, Case # C6841900, I was completely thrilled with this camera! She not only set me up in the correct manner I needed to meet my concerns over the security of my home, but was VERY patient with me while doing so, as I'm not very intelligent when it comes to using the computer. I was not able to setup my camera wirelessly since the wps did not work. Called tech support for assistance and got a very pleasant and very patient lady to work with. If you cannot setup the camera using wps, you can setup the camera for wired connection first then there is an option to enable the wifi on the mydlink lite settings page. C6797468

VERY difficult to set up. MyDlink.com will not load...no matter how many times I download Java and enable it in my browser (Firefox). It's hard to hide it due to its short power cord. It has a blinking green light on the back that draws attention to it..again..hard to hide. Does not seem to stay connected via the app on my iphone and will not always notify me of motion. There are times it will send me a push notification when motion activated, but then wont alert me again when someone walks right by it?! Thought it was going to be a perfect answer to my needs...nope. Taking this back tomorrow and getting my money back. "Zero Configuration Set Up"....only if you have a Dlink N router..which I dont.

Camera worked fine until D-Link did a software update which I could not access. Despite repeated requests for help from D-Link, I was never able to update my software so the camera was rendered useless to me. Won't use this company's products ever again. Suggest you don't either.
