It was easy to set-up. The camera is very useful to monitor my home.

The camera quality isn't the greatest but it's easy to setup and use.

I was lucky enough to find an open box item and saved some money, it works perfect exactly what I expected

accessing the video is not the easiest. good picture quality.

Setup and connecting to the app was a little difficult because the model on the box wasn't the exact model on the device (slight difference), but once I identified the proper product it worked perfectly. I really like the intercom feature as well as the alerts when motion/noise are sensed.

Needed a pan and tilt with some zoom capabilities to monitor a young cat's activities. This does it well.

This camera has not worked out very well for me. I have had other D-Link cameras and they were great. However, this camera needed a firmware update, which is no surprise, it just won't take the latest software D-link has for it. I have had no luck and even with D-link tech support the camera 4 months later still does not work 100%. I am considering giving up and taking the unit back.

This camera is very versatile and works great in tight spots if you are monitoring something.

Purchased this camera to watch my dogs while I was out of town. For some reason the camera dropped the wifi signal. It will not reconnect on its own. You have to physically unplug it and plug it back in. I called customer support and they told me the same. This is completely worthless to me because it dropped the wifi signal the very first time I went out of town. The whole purpose of it was to watch my dogs while out of town. It's basically a $150 paperweight.

Easy to install very clear and quick connection with app

This is a great security camera. I even get notifications when a timer turns on/off a light.

Great product. Set up was difficult because the instructions didn't match the serial number. I ended up talking to a service rep who walked me through the process. Took about 20 minutes on the phone to complete the setup. Still, great product and I highly recommend it.

All you're ever likely to see, in my experience, is shown in the images below. The latest response from the so-called support team (after numerous emails and hours on the phone), tells you everything you need to know about the product and the company: "I have read that you are still having issues with your camera DCS-5222L. We would like to say sorry and apologize for all the inconvenience. I have checked the case from the previous technician and we are still accessing the camera remotely. I am afraid to say but we have to be onsite to properly troubleshoot the device. . " Really? Do yourself a big favor. Buy something made by Nest or some other serious company.

this is a very good quality video, and easy to set up

Getting the system up and running took more effort than I expected. The system does ok with remote veiwing but on the notifications for motion triggers I kept getting repeated false alarms even after adjusting the sensitivity. Wound up taking the product back.
