I am fairly tech savvy, or at least I would like to think so. I needed help from Dlink because it would not pick up the second camera for some reason. The Tech on the line from DLink was not only incredibly professional but patient to walk me through the 25 minute process. If it were not for the Dlink tech to help me through this I would be very frustrated. Thank you Dlink for your great support!

Set it up at the lake house and when I got home 2 hrs away camera went off line! Did not auto reset. Was without security and peace of mind until I returned to the lake two weeks later. I took it back and bought the new Guardzilla cans from Best Buy.
