Easy set up and great HD quality and controllable from a smart phone

This camera has been great. Positioned in a central location you can see most of our main living areas.

This is the 3rd camera that I have purchased. It's solid!

I purchased this security camera because I was leaving for vacation. It tested fine while I was connected to my home network. Over the internet it worked about 25% of the time. When I returned it to the store 15 days had past so I could not get my money back.

Very unhappy to be stuck with a $170 paperweight. Very unreliable. When it does work, it sort of works OK. The trick is getting it to work for more than a few days at at time without it going nuts. The first one was deemed defective by DLink so I returned it to the store. The second one worked better for a while but now is showing the same signs the first one did of "bricking itself". And the "two way audio" they say is so great is so POOR its ridiculous....it feeds back on itself if you have the speaker on an android phone turned on.....all kinds of digital squawking and noise. And I am stuck with it. DLInk customer service is poor....sure, they talk to you, but you never really accomplish anything except for getting an RMA to return a unit...which is what I did for the THIRD one.....the third one is acting up now and then but hasnt bricked yet. HOURS AND HOURS spent on this model and two Dlink 933L cameras.....like I said, if you can get them to work, they work fine for what they are.....but after a while they too seem to go bonkers. I still have time to rturn those two I hope. VERY UNHAPPY

Does everything it's supposed to do, but D-link charges for it full featured app

Good working camera, tough to set up not very intuitive. Having problems with file extension on sent videos. Setting up detection area is not also not intuitive. Just on area, there are others.

I have a few of these cameras and when they work they're worth the money. Problem is they are completely unreliable and will not connect sometimes, a lot of the time actually, and nothing can be done to correct it until you can put your hands on the camera, which completely negates their purpose! Absolutely unreliable junk!!! And good luck getting any assistance from D-Link either by phone, email, or website. These cameras are soooo soooo sooo very frustrating!!!!!

This was an amazing purchase. I actually just bought the camera to watch my dogs. But I do enjoy the fact that I am able to look at my house and scan while in other locations... this would be great for a baby cam. The instructions make the set up harder than necessary, but it took me about 20 minutes to get everything going.

I recommend this to a friend. the camera works great
