It is very difficult to use with the app. The white noise the camera makes when you are logged on listening is very annoying it disturbs you from being able to hear if any noise is happening. Would not buy again.

I have tried several of the D-link cameras and none of them have worked as advertised. If this is the way D-link is going to do business I will never purchase any of their products again. Bestbuy allowed me to return this product with no problems, and I was treated very professionally during this process. D-link could learn some lessons from Bestbuys customer service. I give Bestbuys customer service 5 stars.

Tough to program

I went with this because of the SD card but the programming was dificult even after spending an hour with online support. The camera was giving false alarms and I finally gave up on it and am now trying a Samsung. Much easier to work with!
