    Not what I expected for the price. It is very difficult to use with the app. The white noise the camera makes when you are logged on listening is very annoying it disturbs you from being able to hear if any noise is happening. Would not buy again.

Try moving the camera to a different location to adjust for the acoustic levels within the environment in which the camera is installed to accommodate for any walls, floors, ceilings or obstacles which may impede or alter the audio transmissions and reception through the microphone and speaker located on the device.     Great camera easy to view online with my computer or tablet. Unlike the NVR this camera does what it is supposed to.

    Good picture, but other functions perform poorly

    This camera does not do all of the functions as described on the box, which is very disappointing for a camera in this price range The emailing function for alerts does not work, recording of alerts does not work, and customer service does not respond to any problems. I have tried several of the D-link cameras and none of them have worked as advertised. If this is the way D-link is going to do business I will never purchase any of their products again. Bestbuy allowed me to return this product with no problems, and I was treated very professionally during this process. D-link could learn some lessons from Bestbuys customer service. I give Bestbuys customer service 5 stars.

    It's glitches all the time. Very hard to setup at the beginning (2 hours with costumer service representative ) .It's going on and off line all the time and I have to reset it at least once a day ......

    Tough to program

    This was my 2nd try at a camera. I went with this because of the SD card but the programming was dificult even after spending an hour with online support. The camera was giving false alarms and I finally gave up on it and am now trying a Samsung. Much easier to work with!

    Great camera when it works. Every week it seems to lose connection with my WiFi and has to be plugged out and back in again. Very frustrating when I am traveling.
