    Camera crashes very often. When it does it shows Error 0.60_0_2_6_70_. Also it won't recover from failures. It does have an SD slot, but good luck trying to record a video. Enabling push notifications will cause the camera to crash. I am really frustrated with this product.

    Complicated Setup Poor Documentation

    Out of the box the instructions are very poor. Don't bother looking at support in the web site no help there. Had to call tech support and the instructions they gave were not in the package or the web site. After spending an hour on the phone the camera only works when connected to the modem with an ethernet cable and won't connect via wireless. Advanced users setup required.

    Terrible setup and app.

    The first camera I bought didn't work, the app could not find the camera. I took it back and bought another model. This time the app found the camera but the connection times out when I try to view the picture. Worst wi-fi device I ever bought!

    1 Star is a bit over reaching, I wasn't able to get past the 1st step with this after 3 hours of trying to connect, not a complete waste of time though, it's good to let people know if a product sucks or not and this particular one SUCKS!!!

    rate as zero, no support, no online control from cell phone or remote pc, if there were support it might work, zoom is the pits, cant get this to work with any software.

    DLink Camera made me update Java and now I have a Virus. Not happy..

Please note that D-Link suggest that customers and Windows Users make sure that they have the latest version of Java installed as a requirement to use our Web-based Configuration Utility, and therefore offer our customers the following link to visit www.java.com to download the latest version of JAVA, however, D-Link cannot control or offer security against any virus a user or customer may encounter when trying to navigate to and or install the latest version of JAVA. We are sorry to hear that you developed a virus when trying to obtain a version of JAVA to download and use.
