It's a good camera for monitoring the children's room.

It was easy to set up the only problem I have I can't seem to connect to the camera out side of the home I got it so I could check on things when not at home D

Been using pan and tilt cameras for 7 years. I purchased it to replace on that was 7 years old and am sorry I did. The 7 year old camera was much more responsive. While the image quality is fairly good, better than my old one, the latency and limitations in the control software make a good picture useless as you can't get it to reliably point where you want or need it. There also appears to be some proprietary functions as well. 3rd party viewers can view, but not control.

This product works great. I'm away from the house during the day and like to keep an eye on the dogs at the house. The product works great for that No matter what part of the rooms they are hiding in, I can move the cam to keep a eye on them

stay away from this device, not worth the price. the quality of the resolution so bad and you can't see very well, also there are no notifications when there is motion detection

This is an okay camera, but was told by the sales associate that it is an outdoor camera, which it wasn't. Had to deduct some stars for the misinformation by the associate.

Easy set up, reliable operation. Works perfectly on my iPhone and I love the cloud feature that reliably let me view the camera from anywhere. No dynamic DNS or port mappings needed!

I have owned several DLink cameras and The App for viewing them on my I phone is fantastic. The D-Link - DCS-5030L Pan and Tilt Indoor 720p Wi-Fi Network Surveillance Camera is really the ultimate in clarity and function.

Camera works good. Like the wireless or wired connection availability. Dislike the user interface and lack of being able to continuously record after a triggered event.

The only downside is how long it takes to boot up. Sometimes when it loses internet connectivity, you have to unplug and plug the unit back in.

we purchased this camera to watch our dogs while we are away. Works great and was so easy to set up. I am able to watch from my phone, iPad or computer and very easy to move to see my babies all over the room

Does not work consistently. It is supposed to be accessible remotely and that is not consistent. I want to access from upstairs of my house but not always available.

This is my first time with home security and I'm very excited about this camera. It's so easy to use and set up. I can also access it when I'm away from home which is the main point behind it.

I like the design of the camera but was very hard to connect to WIFI. Not sure why but had a lot of issues and never was able to connect it.

Love the camera for our first camera. Love that you can pan the camera around and has sound. The only draw back is the size of the camera and the color is white so it is noticeable.

Easy to set up! but the image quality was pretty bad could not tell if I was looking at my son or daughter, Low light was worse.

The operative words here is quick simple wifi connections the product claims that it has a quick simple wifi setup process I don't think so i spent the better part of 2 hours trying to get the wifi to connect i tried all methods WPS button, resetting the device . and even connecting to another wifi network. all with the same result no wifi connection. in one instance i connected the camera directly via Ethernet cable it worked . i went through the setup process with it connected by the Ethernet. when i went in to settings to connect via wifi i was told to disconnect the ethernet cable and now since it has my mac address it should automatically connect to the wifi once i put in my password . well it searched and searched and searched until the wifi light on the camera turned orange and my phone indicated for the 20th time cannot find wifi connection when i tried to connect it via WPS the camera was 6 inches from my wifi modem and still would not connect i have cheap ip cameras that i have purchased for less than 40 bucks that work just fine. and connect with no problem I thought for the price i was getting a quality product unfortunately that's not the case I returning it to Bestbuy

I have tried three times with three different cameras. This product will not link with my wireless extender. I have brought two of the three back and will be returning this as soon as I can because it's of no use to me. I followed the instructions to the letter and the other three cameras work fine, but this model does not work.

This is my second one of these. I'm a professional dog breeder and these cameras allow me to check on my four legged babies when ever I need to from where ever I need to.
