DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After hours and hours of trying to install and connect this "easy to use" in home camera I have gotten NO WHERE. The "helpful tips" are ZERO HELP. I am baffled that I spend $117 (with tax included) on a camera that will not even connect to my HIGH SPEED wireless internet. The FAQ section on dlink website and on the app is ALSO USELESS. Absolutely unacceptable to have a product that will ONLY connect via Ethernet cable to your wifi router. Can d-link please explain to me why ANYONE would put their in home security camera next to their internet router??? The app crashes, freezes, does not load and won't connect via wifi. Wouldn't even give this product 1 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

Horrible

I don't have problems setting up things like this normally but this product will not connect to my wifi. The setup should be simple but for some reason the camera will not read the signal from my router. The most frustrating part is the 24/7 customer support line (after having to call 3 different numbers) had me on hold for 30 min before I finally gave up. P.S. Their support is only available for the first 30 days after purchase. After that you have to PAY for it! I will never buy a product from this company again. Know that if you do have a problem, customer service will not be there to help.

Dead On Arrival

It went as far, between connection disruptions, to upgrade the firmware and setup, but once in the app plagued with connection disruptions, and the camera only took still images. No live video option. Talked to Tech Support, they couldn't even get me connected to the camera to fix their bad firmware. Told me to return to Best Buy. Buyer Beware! Also night mode and day mode flip when you don't want them to.

The Worst !

My internet signal is strong and speed is 200+ mgb and still Could not get the camera to work anywhere else no matter what I tried.

Wifi issues

I am not able to connect via any Apple devices I have. Guardzilla has been so much better and easier to work with.
