Geek Squad replaced the hard drive but were unable to totally repair my computer, which is fine as I only check email and play games.

The agent performed the data backup and transfer efficiently and in less time than promised

I was getting rid of the old dinosaur computer I had for 10 years. I needed help transferring pictures and important data to my new computer. Geek squad did an awesome job saving these items for me.

The geek squad is very knowledgeable, but speed is not a priority it seems. They explained everything as they did it. Would go to then again, but only because I don't know how to do it myself.

I came in to have MS Office installed on my new PC and to have contacts transferred to my new gmail account. The service was flawless and efficient and the person who helped me was super-pleasant!

Easy to make appointment and drop off devices. Geek squad put all my data on a hard drive. One of my computers would not power up but they were able to retrieve all my data.

It has always been beneficial to have the Geek Squad transfer some of my old data to the new computer. There are enough other things to adjust to with the updated models so that is one less thing to do.

geek squad rep was excellent in explaining my new computer and the new features----he was patient, clear and supportive. data transfer was done just as I wanted it to be done. cost was reasonable.
