I had a new solid state drive installed in my Apple Macbookpro and the data transfer to reload the software and stored files was completely accurate elimating a complete softwear rebuild of the computer

When I had to replace my 8 year old pc I thought all might be lost, but the Geek Squad Agent transferred data in a very timely manner and showed me where everything could be found on the new pc.

This is my 3rd or 4th time using Geek Squad for either cleaning up a machine or transferring files. They've done great work for me and are able to do the work quickly limiting down-time on my computer.

Everything worked well. The transfer of data from my crashed computer was done expertly. I was concerned that all info would not be captured. Squad all great and gave me pointers on the updates.

They are very professional and get the job done. My only criticism is that when you call most of the stores, it is difficult to get in contact with anyone. There prices for work is always reasonable.

I would have given them a five except the guy taking the order messed it up a couple times and it was an annoyance. The actual backing up and transfer of the data was great.

I left my old laptop with the Geek Squad and they backed up everything to a USB for me. No problem and it only took around 5 days; as well, they fixed the drive.

All my data was backed up and restored in full. Liked the fact that it was so easy to transition from old computer to new one without me having to backup everything myself.
